Business Data Analyst - Lab Process Reengineering

About the role

Eurofins Scientific, a global leader in food and biopharma testing and environmental laboratory services, is deploying its Eurofins LIMS solution across the South West region. As part of this deployment, the Food laboratory in Murcia needs to change its IT systems. This internship supports the project leader in implementing a new, more efficient organization for the lab.

Key responsibilities

• Identify process changes related to the system implementation.
• Review the laboratory testing offer so that it fits the new organization.
• Prepare data to migrate from the current systems to the new ones.
• Prepare change management within the business.
• Work closely with local staff and management to implement the new organization.

Required profile

• Student in one of the top high schools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment.
• Comfortable with remote communication using a wide range of technologies.
• Rigorous and self-organized.
• Able to work closely with others, depending on the local Business Analyst and/or Lean Manager.

Required skills

• Process re-engineering competence.
• Knowledge of LEAN is a plus.
• Usual IT tools.
• Basic knowledge of business analysis and/or project management.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
