Business Developer & Account Manager – Dutch & German (Internship)

About the role

Join Free2move’s fast‑growing mobility team in Madrid as a Business Developer & Account Manager intern. You will focus on expanding our B2B car‑sharing portfolio in the Dutch and German markets while working closely with experienced sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B car‑sharing clients in the Netherlands and Germany.
• Conduct sales calls, present tailored mobility solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Analyse market trends and provide insights to refine go‑to‑market strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
• Track sales pipeline, report on KPIs, and update CRM regularly.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and Dutch (C1/C2) plus English.
• Previous experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and organise multiple deals.
• Interest in the automotive/mobility sector is a plus.
