Business Developer (French Speaking) – Hybrid – High Tech

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Business Developer to join our high‑tech team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. You will work closely with our field sales representatives to create and qualify new sales opportunities for our technology and integrated‑solution services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate consistent sales opportunities for field sales representatives.
• Identify, qualify and segment prospects and decision‑makers in target companies.
• Conduct lead generation activities: prospect qualification, scheduling meetings, tracking interactions, and presenting products and solutions.
• Manage leads through the sales funnel and execute targeted telemarketing campaigns.
• Support outbound sales efforts and maintain accurate records of contacts and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French with advanced English proficiency.
• Good knowledge of IT concepts, preferably storage environments.
• Experience in telemarketing or outbound sales.
• Strong self‑organization, punctuality, reliability and teamwork orientation.
• Curious, eager to learn and comfortable working in a diverse, inclusive environment.
