Business Development Manager – French Market (Barcelona)

About the role

Oppizi is looking for a native French‑speaking Business Development Manager to expand its French market from its Barcelona hub. You will own the full sales cycle, generate new business, and work with the French General Manager to grow strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting across multiple industries.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from discovery meetings and product demos to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain an accurate CRM and a healthy pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to refine customer acquisition tactics.
• Support strategic account growth and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Share market feedback to improve messaging, sales playbooks, and AI‑driven workflows.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with professional English proficiency.
• Proven experience selling B2B solutions in a full‑cycle sales role.
• Strong outbound prospecting and opportunity‑management track record.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, curious, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute beyond personal pipeline.
