Business Development Manager - French Market

About the role

Oppizi is seeking a French‑speaking Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the French market. Based in the company’s Barcelona hub, you will own the full sales cycle, generate new business, and work closely with the French General Manager to grow strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting across multiple industries and customer segments.
• Own the complete sales process from prospecting, discovery meetings and product demos to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain an accurate CRM and a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to refine customer acquisition tactics.
• Support strategic account growth alongside the French General Manager.
• Provide market feedback and insights to improve go‑to‑market strategy, messaging, and AI‑driven sales workflows.

Required profile

• Advanced (C1) French speaker with professional English proficiency.
• Proven experience selling B2B solutions in a full‑cycle sales role.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and managing opportunities from first contact to close.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and modern sales technology.
• Curious, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to contribute beyond personal pipeline.
