Business Development Representative (B2B) – English Market

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our English‑market team. You will call English‑speaking companies, speak directly with IT managers and generate qualified leads by arranging meetings with our client’s sales experts.

Key responsibilities

• Contact IT managers by phone to understand their current technology setup.
• Present our client’s innovative IT solutions and spark interest.
• Set up high‑value meetings between prospects and client sales representatives (Warm Handover™).
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and meet weekly lead‑generation targets.
• Participate in a four‑week onboarding program to master the sales process.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C2 level) with strong communication skills.
• Target‑driven, can‑do attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Residence in the Madrid region and legal right to work full‑time in Spain.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.
