Business Development Representative - Catalan Market

About the role

As a Business Development Representative for the Catalan market, you will own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing the contract—selling Amenitiz’s hospitality management SaaS to independent hoteliers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and chat, maintaining high activity levels.
• Discover and qualify prospects, understand their pain points, and position Amenitiz accordingly.
• Deliver tailored product demos that link features to real business problems.
• Handle objections, create urgency, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, forecast reliably, and ensure follow‑ups are completed.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and peers to share market feedback and improve processes.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a sales role (SDR, AE, or full‑cycle).
• Native Spanish speaker with strong written and verbal English.
• Ability to switch between prospecting and closing modes weekly.
• Ownership of pipeline and results, not just activity metrics.
• Resilient and consistent in a high‑volume, target‑driven environment.
• Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or startups is a plus.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.
