Business Development Representative – DACH

About the role

As a Business Development Representative for the DACH market, you will work from our Barcelona office to generate a qualified pipeline of German‑speaking prospects. You will identify target accounts, engage decision‑makers through calls, email and LinkedIn, and hand well‑qualified opportunities to our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify target accounts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland using high‑volume, personalized outreach.
• Book qualified meetings and transfer clean opportunities to DACH Account Executives.
• Collaborate with AEs on account‑based strategies and share insights to improve outbound messaging.
• Maintain accurate activity, contacts and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Leverage AI tools to research accounts, personalize outreach and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Native‑level German and advanced English; additional French, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
• Approximately one year of BDR or outbound sales experience.
• Comfortable with cold calling, handling objections and maintaining a high activity cadence.
• Resilient, hunter‑mindset and quick to incorporate feedback.
• Experience using AI‑assisted research and outreach workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
