Business Development Representative – DACH Market (Barcelona)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to drive new partnerships for Oppizi’s offline performance‑marketing channels across the DACH region, based in Barcelona. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, helping brands integrate hand‑to‑hand, door‑to‑door, parcel inserts and direct mail into their acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for DACH accounts, from outreach to contract signing.
• Identify and target marketing and growth teams through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone).
• Build and execute outbound sequences tailored to offline performance‑marketing use cases.
• Handle inbound leads, conduct demos and guide prospects through Oppizi’s offering.
• Run qualification calls to understand campaign needs, budgets and geographic scope.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, tracking lead status and next steps.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and with Operations to ensure smooth pre‑sales handover.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Comfortable with cold outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Analytical mindset able to qualify leads based on campaign type, zip codes, volume and metrics.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Motivated to achieve outreach, meeting and pipeline targets.
• Eager to learn about offline marketing logistics, flyers, mail routes and activation teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
