Business Manager – On‑Trade (Seville)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Manager to join our On‑Trade team in Seville. You will be responsible for driving commercial growth and brand visibility across on‑trade channels, ensuring that our strategic objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the two main objectives – EFO and the new model – as part of the On‑Trade team.
• Implement the Commercial plan and execute customer programs outlined in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) for on‑trade accounts.
• Negotiate at the point of sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets.
• Utilise the “Picture of Success” methodology to activate brands and influence consumer purchase decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead the development and execution of strategies that maximise Bacardi’s performance with on‑trade customers in the region.

Required profile

• Proven track record in commercial or field sales roles, preferably within the beverage or consumer‑goods sector.
• Strong affinity for on‑trade environments, events and promotions.
• Ability to work independently, organise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation capabilities.
• Clear communicator and active listener who works well in a team.
