Buyer Planner – EMEA Supply Chain

About the role

Aristocrat is seeking a Buyer Planner to manage the flow of materials and services across the EMEA region. You will support Configure‑to‑Order production and field service operations, ensuring supply continuity in a fast‑paced, multi‑country environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and select suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery and compliance.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, Incoterms and commercial terms within established procurement frameworks.
• Maintain supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews and hold suppliers accountable to delivery, quality and responsiveness metrics.
• Manage purchase orders for direct and indirect materials using MRP recommendations and regional supply plans.
• Expedite, de‑expedite, push out or cancel POs in response to demand, supply or logistics changes.
• Analyze historical data, forecasts and demand trends to adjust ordering strategies and maintain inventory within defined min/max targets.
• Apply inventory optimisation techniques such as safety stock, EOQ, JIT, ABC analysis and lead‑time netting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of procurement, buying or planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes.
• Experience managing PO lifecycle, supplier performance and inventory targets.
• Ability to handle dynamic priorities and resolve supply issues independently.
• Experience with EMEA suppliers or cross‑border supply chains is highly desirable.
