C++ Software Engineer – Monetisation (Candy Crush Soda Saga)

About the role

King is looking for a C++ Software Engineer to join the Monetisation team for Candy Crush Soda Saga. You will help design, build and optimise the systems that drive player growth and in‑app purchase performance for one of the world’s most popular mobile games.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, test and maintain monetisation features such as purchase flows, offer systems and live‑ops content.
• Deliver high‑quality, performant C++ code across Android and iOS clients and internal tooling.
• Solve complex engineering problems, make pragmatic decisions and ship features at a healthy cadence.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, UX/UI, Data Scientists and fellow engineers to create value‑adding monetisation experiences.
• Use live data, A/B test results and experimentation to validate and iterate on your work.
• Participate in code and design reviews, mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
• Leverage AI‑based development tools for coding, debugging and code review where appropriate.

Required profile

• Passionate about programming with a strong commitment to code quality and polish.
• Hands‑on experience delivering software features in a production environment.
