Camarero/a de Bar

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bar Server to join the Barceló Nura team in Menorca. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute qualified, autonomous, and responsible service and sale of food and drinks.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Provide direct assistance to customers during food and beverage consumption.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and tools to guarantee smooth service operations.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) and HACCP training.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar bar or restaurant role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Knowledge of mixology and general hospitality practices is valued.
• Team‑player with ability to work under stress, good personal image and strong customer orientation.
