Camarero/a de pisos – Occidental Torremolinos

About the role

The hotel is looking for a dedicated housekeeping professional to ensure rooms and public areas are clean, well‑maintained and ready for guests. You will work on‑site at the Occidental Torremolinos property, following established procedures to guarantee hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cleaning materials, products and equipment for daily tasks.
• Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas, checking the condition of furniture and installations.
• Make beds, ventilate rooms, restock linens, toiletries, minibar items and other supplies.
• Inspect rooms for any damage and report defects.
• Assist guests during their stay, handle lost‑and‑found items and respond to reasonable requests.
• Collect used linens and send them to laundry, ensuring all work areas remain orderly.

Required profile

• Basic secondary education (ESO) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with good teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, motivation, responsibility and strong organizational abilities.
