Camarero/a Hostess – Hotel Royal Hideaway

About the role

Join the Royal Hideaway Luxury Resort in Santa Cruz de Tenerife as a Camarero/a Hostess. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a prestigious 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks to guests in a qualified, autonomous and responsible manner.
• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables and arrange seating when needed.
• Provide direct assistance during food and beverage consumption, answering questions and offering recommendations.
• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables, chairs and related equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools and service stations to guarantee smooth operations.

Required profile

• Formal training: Medium‑level Hospitality degree (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) with APPCC certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar waiter/hostess position.
• High level of English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Team‑player attitude, ability to work under pressure, good personal image and strong customer orientation.

Required skills

• APPCC (food safety) knowledge.
