CAMO/MRO Mission Readiness Approval Manager

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a CAMO/MRO Mission Readiness Approval Manager to ensure the A400M, M&L and MRTT fleets comply with the applicable regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the internal audit programme for A400M, M&L and MRTT fleets, performing internal and external audits at customer or supplier sites.
• Control and follow‑up discrepancies and corrective actions arising from audits, and monitor maintenance facility status against Airbus QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and update compliance manuals, procedures and training solutions, and coordinate with other quality representatives for fleet standardisation.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s in engineering with at least 5 years of experience in CAMO/MRO quality management and internal auditing.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, strong adaptability, proactive attitude and passion for the work.
