CAMO/MRO Mission Readiness Approval Manager

About the role

An opportunity for a CAMO/MRO Mission Readiness Approval Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid). The role ensures that the A400M, M&L and MRTT CAMO/MRO Quality Management System complies with applicable regulations and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the internal audit programme for the A400M, M&L and MRTT fleets.
• Perform internal and external audits, including at customer or supplier sites, to monitor QMS compliance.
• Control and follow‑up discrepancies and corrective actions arising from audits.
• Monitor maintenance facilities status against Airbus QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and update compliance manuals and procedures.
• Oversee personnel competence management and certification authorisations.
• Coordinate training solutions and awareness sessions on regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with other quality representatives to standardise processes across fleets.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s in engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in CAMO/MRO quality management, internal auditing or related functions.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Passionate, adaptable, highly dynamic, flexible and proactive.
