CFRP Sizing & Design Internship for Rear Fuselage & Empennage

About the role
Airbus is offering a six‑month curricular practicum in Spain for final‑year engineering students. The internship runs from February to July 2027 on a part‑time schedule (5 hours per day, 25 hours per week) and includes a Bachelor’s Degree Final Project (TFG) focused on new CFRP sizing and design methods for the rear fuselage and empennage airframe.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and execute a final‑year training project on CFRP sizing and design for rear fuselage and empennage.
- Apply new technologies and design methods to the airframe structure.
- Work closely with a dedicated tutor for continuous monitoring and feedback.
- Collaborate with an international team and adhere to Airbus engineering standards.
Required profile
- Enrolled in the final year of an engineering degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work in an international, collaborative environment.
