Change Management & Communications Expert

About the role

As a Change Management & Communications Expert you will shape and deliver the change and communication strategy for Sanofi’s strategic digital initiatives. You will work within the Digital Team to ensure smooth internal roll‑outs, high‑quality visual assets and strong stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute change management strategies for Application Portfolio Governance, Modernization and Architecture programs, including impact assessments and readiness plans.
• Design and deliver audience‑tailored internal communications aligned with the overall communications strategy.
• Create visually appealing assets (e.g., videos, presentations) using design tools while adhering to Sanofi brand guidelines.
• Identify, map and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; facilitate workshops to build support for program changes.
• Identify training needs, coordinate delivery and establish a network of change champions.
• Monitor metrics, report progress to leadership and adjust strategies based on feedback.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with relevant departments and the Change & Communications team to ensure seamless integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in change management and internal communications, preferably in large‑scale IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong project management, organizational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non‑technical audiences.
