Change Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Change Manager to support the rollout of Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) across three countries. The focus is on change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, resistance handling, and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Change Management Strategy and detailed Change Plan.
• Create and execute a comprehensive Communication Plan.
• Design, coordinate and track Training Plans, ensuring completion.
• Manage global and local stakeholders, assessing business readiness and addressing resistance.
• Support Go‑Live and Hypercare phases, tracking actions, deliverables and deadlines.
• Adapt communications and training materials to local requirements, including French rollout with translations and works‑council compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Change Management and P2P/Procure‑to‑Pay projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination and resistance management skills.
• Experience in multinational projects and business readiness assessments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
