Chief Executive Officer

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead a fast‑growing gaming and lottery business based in the Caribbean. This high‑impact role will drive the company’s next phase of expansion, digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s vision, identify new markets and revenue streams, and ensure sustainable growth.
• Accelerate digital platform development, mobile experiences, payments and omni‑channel customer engagement.
• Own overall commercial performance, including revenue, profitability, cash flow and risk management.
• Oversee multi‑channel operations spanning physical retail, company‑operated locations and digital channels.
• Lead product innovation and forge strategic partnerships to create new opportunities.
• Maintain the highest standards of compliance, integrity, responsible gaming and corporate governance.
• Build and inspire a high‑performing executive team and foster a culture of accountability and customer focus.
• Collaborate closely with the Board on strategy, investment, performance and long‑term growth.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive senior leadership experience, with at least 5 years at C‑suite level.
• Proven track record of delivering growth and leading organisational transformation.
• Experience in gaming, lottery, fintech, digital commerce, retail or other highly regulated consumer sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work confidently with Boards, regulators, government stakeholders and senior partners.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication and decision‑making skills.
