Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Boutique in Barcelona

About the role

Etro spa is seeking a full‑time Client Advisor for its Barcelona boutique. You will deliver high‑quality, personalized service, embodying the brand’s heritage and luxury ethos while helping customers discover the perfect pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients through the Etro selling ceremony.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Etro products, history, and heritage.
• Advise customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Achieve store sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM strategies.
• Support visual merchandising in line with Etro guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
• Uphold Etro grooming standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and luxury retail.
• Previous experience in a similar fashion retail role.
• Strong commercial awareness and results‑driven attitude.
• Ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Team‑player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Arabic or Chinese language skills required.
