Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Client Advisor for LOEWE in Barcelona, you will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to every client. You will work in a fast‑moving, ambitious environment, contributing to both individual and store performance while deepening relationships with our clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal and store sales objectives.
• Engage clients emotionally, providing personalized service and building lasting relationships.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone, messages, or handwritten notes.
• Convey LOEWE’s heritage, product stories, and craftsmanship through knowledgeable storytelling.
• Develop and update client portfolios using company tools.
• Participate in visual merchandising and ensure the boutique meets LOEWE’s visual standards.
• Keep the sales floor and back‑of‑house areas organized, clean, and secure.
• Assist with inventory management and other back‑of‑house tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting individual sales targets and contributing to team results.
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
• Inclusive, open‑minded, confident, and service‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
• Results‑driven commercial mindset while embracing teamwork.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
