Client Style Advisor

About the role

As a Client Style Advisor at Stella McCartney you will act as the brand’s ambassador in our La Roca Village store, delivering a luxury in‑store experience and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent, on‑brand service and achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets.
• Utilise sales techniques such as cross‑selling and client‑eling to drive KPI performance.
• Ensure every client receives a unique, luxury experience aligned with the “Style it like Stella” method.
• Handle customer complaints, escalating when necessary to guarantee satisfaction.
• Develop and manage personal client portfolio through CRM activities.
• Maintain a mystery‑shop score of at least 90 %.
• Follow all company policies, PCI compliance, health & safety and uniform standards.
• Replenish stock, support cycle counts, inventories and process shipments and transfers.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties within the scope of the Client Style Advisor role.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required, additional languages (e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, French, Arabic) a plus.
• Sales experience, preferably within a luxury brand or outlet retail environment.
• Proven customer‑service background with face‑to‑face interaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong teamwork attitude and motivation to achieve shared goals.
• Demonstrated client‑eling capabilities.

• Gross annual salary between €24 000 and €26 000.
