Client Success Associate – French Speaking

About the role

The Client Success Associate supports Gartner’s “Client for Life” philosophy by ensuring French‑speaking clients receive value that exceeds their investment. You will work closely with sales and internal teams to onboard new clients, demonstrate Gartner’s platform, and drive ongoing engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects and clients.
• Communicate with internal Gartner partners to remove obstacles and maximize delivered value.
• Research prospective and existing companies, C‑level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to tailor Gartner resources.
• Facilitate prospect and client calls to understand priorities, challenges, and articulate Gartner’s value proposition.
• Explain Gartner services and capabilities to decision‑makers and showcase platform benefits.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives aligned with team, client, and organizational goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of relevant professional experience or internship (sales internships a plus).
• Proven track record of delighting clients and achieving results.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical‑thinking, and influencing abilities.
