Clinical Lead Project Manager

About the role

PSI, a Contract Research Organization with 30 years of experience, is looking for a Clinical Lead Project Manager to lead challenging full-service global clinical research projects and manage the full scope of responsibilities, with hands-on involvement in every aspect of the study. The position is remote or hybrid, based in Barcelona or Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects across a variety of therapeutic areas
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and in line with high quality standards
• Lead and manage multi-functional project teams, and train, mentor and coach team members
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client on all project matters
• Attend bid defense meetings, take part in developing proposals and client presentations
• Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures

Required profile

• Recent clinical research experience as project manager or equivalent (e.g. Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead)
• Global or regional clinical project management experience, covering all project services from startup to closure
• Therapeutic experience in oncology, and/or GI, IBD, ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease is preferred
• Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects is preferred
• BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or similar) or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
