Clinical Sales Specialist, Orthopaedics (Surgeons)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Clinical Sales Specialist for its Orthopaedics team in Zaragoza, Spain. The role sits in Clinical Sales focused on surgeons and is eligible for sales incentives and commissions. The company is planning to separate its Orthopaedics business into a standalone company (DePuy Synthes) within 18 to 24 months; after the transaction, the employee would be governed by DePuy Synthes' employment arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Complete more complex tasks for Clinical Sales - Surgeons, following processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality.
• Support internal teams in the Clinical Sales - Surgeons area and help develop implementation plans, activities and next steps to close key opportunities.
• Run an objective-driven clinical sales training programme covering strategy, process and collateral.
• Update the sales audit database by entering and verifying data.
• Use strategic partnerships for customer acquisition and review customer demands and feedback.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints, escalating unusual cases to the manager.
• Help supervise information from clinical, procedural and technical discussions for reference.

Required profile

• Healthcare degree.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent oral (including group presentations) and written communication, plus strong organisational and time management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational and project management skills, including leading projects.

What we offer

• Anticipated base pay of EUR 28,500 to 44,505.
