Club Receptionist – Barcelona

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and personable Club Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Barcelona Pool House. In this fast‑paced hospitality environment you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, creating memorable experiences that reflect our brand’s warmth and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and visitors with confidence, warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, enquiries, guest arrivals and member requests across all club outlets.
• Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently.
• Support members with bookings, recommendations and personalized service.
• Coordinate guest lists and assist with events, screenings and rooftop activations.
• Take In‑Room Dining orders and maintain knowledge of menus, events and house offerings.
• Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive first and lasting impressions.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality, lifestyle and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, engaging personality with the ability to stay calm in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Previous experience in reception, front office, guest relations, membership or hospitality is preferred.
