Cocinero/a – Hotel en Valladolid

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook (Cocinero/a) to join the kitchen team at our hotel in Valladolid. The successful candidate will prepare dishes according to our menu specifications and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes following the technical sheets of the established menu.
• Ensure the kitchen runs efficiently under the supervision of the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management and purchasing activities.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, reheating and restocking of food items.
• Support receipt and storage of food supplies according to established standards.
• Carry out tasks in compliance with safety, hygiene and current legislation.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training in Cooking and Gastronomy (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• Completed HACCP (APPCC) course.
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar kitchen role.
• Team‑player attitude with creativity and ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) knowledge.
