Cocinero/a para hotel en Marbella

About the role

We are looking for a motivated cook to join the kitchen team at our hotel in Marbella. You will work under the supervision of the Head Chef, preparing dishes according to our menu specifications and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes based on the technical sheets of the established menu rotation.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and report to the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management and purchasing activities.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, reheating and restocking of food items.
• Support receipt and storage of food supplies following established norms and orders.
• Carry out tasks in compliance with current safety and hygiene legislation.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Cooking and Gastronomy.
• HACCP certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar kitchen position.
• No language requirement.
• Knowledge of the hospitality sector is valued.
• Team‑player attitude, creativity, stress tolerance and problem‑solving ability.
• Meticulous execution of tasks.
