About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Advisor to join the Professional Client Sales department at Leroy Merlin in Getafe. The role focuses on serving construction and renovation customers, helping them with product selection and project planning. You will work in a dynamic retail environment, collaborating with store teams to deliver expert advice and drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Actively acquire new customers both inside and outside the store.
- Manage and follow up a personal portfolio of professional clients using an omnichannel approach (phone and face‑to‑face).
- Coordinate the full sales process, from initial contact to final purchase, ensuring a tailored service for the construction and renovation sector.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for assisting customers in turning ideas into projects.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in the building, renovation and DIY market.
