About the role

Leroy Merlin is looking for a Commercial Advisor to join its Professional Customer Sales Department in a store environment. The role focuses on serving clients from the construction and renovation sector, helping them find the right products for their projects.

Key responsibilities

Actively prospect new customers both inside and outside the store.
Manage and follow up a personal portfolio of professional clients using an omnichannel approach (phone and face‑to‑face).
Coordinate the entire sales process, from initial contact to final purchase.

Required profile

Interest in the construction and renovation market.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong communication and service orientation.
