Commercial Counsel – Arlo Europe

About the role

Verisure is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support the Arlo Europe business. Reporting to the Managing Director and based in Pozuelo de Alarcon, you will work in a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days remote) and provide legal guidance across commercial and consumer‑facing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on supplier and distribution agreements, e‑commerce and retail programmes, and related commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with consumer‑protection rules, marketing materials, promotions and customer terms & conditions.
• Review and support product and service innovations, including catalogue claims and marketing communications for European markets.
• Handle operational data‑privacy matters for Arlo Europe, aligning with EU regulations.
• Partner with business units to identify risk‑mitigation solutions and drive commercial contracting strategies.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with solid experience in commercial, consumer and data‑privacy law within the EU.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, agile and international environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and capacity to deliver innovative legal solutions.
