Commercial Director Spain

About the role

Our client, an international premium skincare and dermo‑cosmetics company, is expanding into Spain and seeks an entrepreneurial Commercial Director to own the market strategy, build strategic partnerships and establish a long‑term commercial presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the pharmacy channel across Spain.
• Build the business in collaboration with strategic distributors and outsourced sales partners.
• Manage and grow an established national key account within the premium pharmacy segment.
• Monitor sell‑in, sell‑out and performance KPIs, turning data into growth opportunities.
• Serve as the lead commercial representative for Spain with full P&L responsibility.
• Recruit, lead and develop a local commercial team as the business scales.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in the Spanish pharmacy market, preferably within dermo‑cosmetics, therapeutic skincare or OTC categories.
• Proven track record in sales strategy development and key‑account management.
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience collaborating with distributors or outsourced sales teams.
• Fluent Spanish and good command of English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
