Commercial & Operations Administration Assistant

About the role

Fresh Del Monte is seeking a proactive Commercial & Operations Administration Assistant to support its Commercial department in Castelldefels. You will ensure smooth sales processing, accurate inventory handling, and reliable invoicing while liaising with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Post daily sales transactions and maintain up‑to‑date sales records.
• Assist with inventory management, including supply ordering and stock control.
• Support the Coordinator during the monthly closing process.
• Review and resolve customer billing issues.
• Validate transport and warehouse invoices.
• Guarantee invoicing accuracy for prices and quantities.
• Communicate effectively with various departments and external parties.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or sales administration.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational maturity and effectiveness.
• Professional competence when interacting with internal and external contacts.
• Results‑oriented attitude with a positive approach.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
