Communication, Marketing & Employer Branding Intern

About the role

As an intern in the Communications team at ING Hubs Spain, you will collaborate on internal communications, employer branding and brand positioning projects. You will help tell the story of ING Hubs Spain, who it is, what it does and why it is a great place to build a professional career.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit audiovisual content for social media and internal channels
• Design graphic materials and corporate presentations
• Manage and energize internal and external communication channels, especially LinkedIn and Viva Engage
• Support the annual communications and employer branding plan
• Cover events, corporate activities and engagement initiatives
• Create content for internal screens, newsletters, corporate campaigns and employee communications
• Collaborate on videos, interviews and testimonials, and propose formats that engage younger and tech-savvy audiences
• Help measure the impact of communication and social media initiatives
• Work with Talent, HR and other teams on employer branding

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication or a related field
• Interest in corporate communications, social media and employer branding
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, and ability to adapt messages to different audiences and channels
• Sensitivity to engaging young and digital audiences; creativity, initiative and willingness to learn
• Academic, personal or internship experience creating content for social media

• Strong written and spoken English
• Adobe Premiere for video editing
• Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and image editing
• PowerPoint for corporate presentations
