Communications & Content Coordinator

About the role

The Communications & Content Coordinator will be the central hub for planning, organising and executing internal and external communication initiatives for Bunzl's BCE division. Working closely with the Communications Manager and creative team, you will translate strategy into actionable projects and ensure timely delivery across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain internal, external and social media content calendars using Monday.com.
• Convert communication plans into detailed project plans with tasks, deadlines, owners and approval steps.
• Monitor progress, follow up on approvals and coordinate stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Support preparation, scheduling and publishing of content in the internal communications tool, CMS and social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and execution of Town Halls, leadership meetings and other employee‑engagement events.
• Identify storytelling opportunities, support thought‑leadership and social media initiatives.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools and data to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance communication impact.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Digital fluency with a proactive, AI‑first mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
