Communications Manager

About the role

Service Club is looking for a Communications Manager to define and own the company’s voice across all markets. You will shape brand messaging, lead high‑impact PR initiatives, and ensure consistent communication both externally and internally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand voice, tone, and vocabulary tailored to different audiences and markets.
• Manage end‑to‑end public relations, including press releases, media outreach, journalist relationships, byline articles, and a launch‑aligned press calendar.
• Partner with HR to craft the external employer brand on LinkedIn and career pages, and support internal communications such as all‑hands messaging.
• Write strategic copy—headlines, taglines, launch announcements, and partner‑facing decks—to drive brand narrative.
• Conduct quality assurance on copy, especially on sensitive topics, and provide templates for consistent, high‑quality output.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Content Creator, Marketing Lead Acquisition, and Product teams to align messaging with product delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in communications, public relations, or brand storytelling.
• Strong ability to produce compelling copy and manage media relations.
• Hands‑on, autonomous work style with a bias toward execution over meetings.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
