Community Host – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Community Host to ensure a high Net Promoter Score and deliver exceptional experiences for families staying at our Barcelona location.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve community requests promptly via the ticketing system and coordinate pre‑arrival webinars.
• Prepare homes for families, manage turnover weeks, and book requested services.
• Gather feedback, identify opportunities, and drive community‑led activities.
• Maintain and update the Welcome Guide, emergency manuals, and location inventory.
• Create and manage interest‑based groups, introduce families, and support them in planning activities.

Required profile

• Reside in Barcelona or nearby for daily commuting.
• At least 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Customer Experience or Community Building within hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Experience working with third‑party vendors and a fast‑paced startup environment.
