Community Manager

About the role

OQtima is seeking a proactive Community Manager to safeguard and enhance its reputation across all online channels where traders discuss the brand. This role focuses on real‑time monitoring, rapid response, and strategic reputation management rather than routine content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor OQtima’s presence on social media, review sites (Trustpilot, Google, Reddit, Forex Peace Army), trading forums, Discord, Telegram and other trader communities.
• Identify emerging reputation risks, triage complaints, misinformation, and negative sentiment spikes, and act before issues amplify.
• Lead response strategies for complaints and public criticism, ensuring replies are timely, professional, empathetic and compliant.
• Produce regular reputation health reports using social listening tools, highlighting trends and recommending actions.
• Manage crisis escalation protocols, coordinating with legal, compliance and senior leadership when needed.
• Moderate day‑to‑day community activity on Instagram, Discord, X, Telegram and similar platforms, fostering a positive, brand‑safe environment.
• Support product launches, webinars and campaigns through community activation and organic engagement.

Required profile

• Strong awareness of regulatory constraints in financial services.
• Excellent written communication with a calm, empathetic tone.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple issues and make swift decisions.

Required skills

• Experience with social listening and monitoring tools.
