Conductor Discrecional en Barcelona

About the role

Alsa is looking for a professional driver to operate discretionary services in Barcelona. The position involves transporting passengers safely and efficiently on a rotating shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Alsa buses on discretionary routes according to the assigned timetable.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards and company policies.
• Perform vehicle checks before and after each shift and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate records using the tachograph and other required documentation.
• Provide courteous service to passengers and assist them as needed.

Required profile

• Valid D category driving licence with at least 10 points.
• CAP (Passenger Transport Certificate) and a tachograph card.
• Residence in Barcelona or surrounding area.
• Willingness to work rotating 6‑2 shift patterns.
