About the role

Alsa is looking for professional drivers to operate regular routes connecting La Seu d'Urgell with Lleida, Barcelona or Puigcerdà. You will join a team that values safety, sustainability and customer service while working with modern, eco‑friendly vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Drive assigned bus routes according to the schedule and traffic regulations.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure passenger safety, comfort and compliance with ALSA standards.
• Maintain accurate records using the tachograph and other required documentation.
• Adapt to rotating shift patterns (morning, afternoon or night) and rotating rest days.

Required profile

• Valid D driving licence with a minimum of 10 points.
• CAP for passenger transport and a tachograph card.
• Willingness to work full‑time on a permanent contract.
• Ability to work in a rotating shift system.
• Experience driving buses or trucks is valued.
