Conductor/a de línea regular (baja médica)

About the role

We are looking for professional drivers in Santander to operate long‑distance regular line services (Santander‑Irún, Santander‑Oviedo). You will be responsible for safe and efficient driving while representing ALSA’s high standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate scheduled long‑distance routes, ensuring punctuality and compliance with timetables.
• Maintain a high level of safety and efficiency during both day and night services.

Required profile

• Valid D licence, CAP for passengers and a tachograph.
• At least 10 points on the driving licence.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle stress.
• Flexibility, adaptability and a sense of responsibility.
• Residence in Santander or surrounding area.
