Conductor/a de Línea Regular (cobertura de baja)

About the role

Alsa is looking for a professional driver to cover a temporary absence on the regular Aranda‑Madrid line. You will join a dynamic team, operate a passenger vehicle, and ensure safe, punctual service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a regular line bus between Aranda de Duero and Madrid according to the assigned schedule.
• Maintain compliance with all traffic regulations and company safety standards.
• Use the tachograph to record driving times and rests accurately.
• Provide courteous service to passengers and handle ticket verification when required.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the operations team.

Required profile

• Valid D category driving licence.
• CAP (Certificate of Professional Competence) for passenger transport.
• Tachograph card.
• At least 10 points on the driving licence.
• Preferably residence in Aranda de Duero or nearby.
• Previous experience driving buses or similar vehicles is a plus.

• Gross salary of €1,530 per month plus three extra payments and variable components.
