Construction Project Manager (Site Supervisor)

About the role

JLL is hiring a construction project manager (Jefe/a de obra) in Madrid, within its Construction team. You will take part in the full project management cycle, from study phase to execution, reporting to the Project Director and ensuring high quality standards while helping the company reach its objectives. The position is on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Technical assistance and site visits to buildings to gather data
• Work with design and studies teams on architecture and installation projects, mainly office fit-outs
• Manage quality of procedures, materials and finishes on site
• Manage subcontracting, cost control, planning, and financial closings with client and supplier
• Request, manage and analyse supplier tenders and compare offers
• Prepare project documentation such as measurements, schedules, cost control, minutes, and as-built drawings

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Knowledge and experience in the construction sector
• At least 5 years in similar positions
• High level of English
• Autonomous, proactive, organised, committed and able to work in a team

• MS Office, Presto, MS Project and AutoCAD
• REVIT is valued
