Construction Supervisor – Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead residential new‑build projects in Guadalajara, Spain. The role involves overseeing site activities, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and construction timelines.
• Perform monthly project cost control and financial reporting.
• Oversee certifications, production tracking, and monthly forecasts.
• Manage purchasing activities and invoice approvals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site meetings with project management and property representatives.
• Manage project closeout activities, settlements, and final cost reviews.
• Report project progress to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Manager or 4 years as an Assistant Site Manager.
• Proven experience in new‑build residential housing construction projects in Spain.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, budgeting and cost control.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using AutoCAD.
• Experience with Presto software.
• Familiarity with construction ERP systems, preferably Sigrid ERP.
