Consultant - Marketing Software

About the role

Veeva Systems, a leading SaaS provider for life sciences, is seeking a Consultant to work on its Commercial Content products, including PromoMats and Digital Asset Management. The consultant will understand customer business needs, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Implementation of a content management platform for life sciences
• Leading business process discovery and application design workshops
• Translating complex client process requirements into a workable solution design
• Overseeing the solution build, test, and deployment
• Creating process documentation and project deliverables
• Planning and establishing post‑go‑live activities, including ongoing support
• Providing subject‑matter expertise in Veeva’s Commercial Content applications and integrating them into customers’ software ecosystems

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in consulting, project management, account management, or equivalent
• Direct experience using digital content management systems
• Experience working with life‑science customers (pharma, medical device, consumer health, etc.)
• Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and create corresponding solution designs
• Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced, distributed environment
• Ability to travel as required
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluency in English
• Candidate must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work

Required skills

• Implementation of regulated content management systems such as Veeva Vault, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc, FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, Vodori
• Experience with DAM tools such as Aprimo, Adobe, Bynder, Box
• Experience with CRM tools such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce
• Project‑management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP)
• SaaS/Cloud experience
