Contrato Sustitución Quality Line Side (QLS) MCA

About the role

At Airbus Helicopters’ Albacete site, we are hiring a Quality Line Side (QLS) MCA specialist for the second shift to support current and future projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct acceptance tests on Major Component Assemblies (MCAs) and perform First Article Inspections.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and create/monitor non‑conformities and corrective actions.
• Supervise L1/L2 operators, prepare final conformity, and troubleshoot systems to maintain airworthiness.
• Participate in Lean initiatives and support change projects.

Required profile

• Technical vocational training; further education as a technician is desirable.
• Experience in the aviation industry (airframe, MCA, FAL, FL) and in non‑conformity management.
• High social competence, reliability, assertiveness, and proactive work behaviour.
• Fluent Spanish and good English; willingness to travel occasionally.
