Cook – Benidorm Beach

About the role

Barcelo Benidorm Beach is looking for a motivated Cook to join its kitchen team. You will work under the Head Chef to ensure high‑quality food preparation while supporting the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and sustainable practices.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all dishes according to the technical sheets of the established menu rotation.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations and report to the Head Chef.
• Assist with cost control, inventory management and purchasing activities.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration and replenishment of food items.
• Support receipt and storage of food supplies following established standards and orders.
• Perform tasks in compliance with safety, hygiene legislation and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in Cooking and Gastronomy (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• Completed HACCP (APPCC) course.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar kitchen role.
• No language requirement; hospitality knowledge is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude, creativity, stress tolerance and meticulous work habits.

Required skills

• HACCP food safety certification.
