Corporate Communications Specialist – Campaign Excellence

About the role

You will join the Campaign Excellence team at Tenth Revolution Group, playing a key role in strengthening communication across global digital marketing initiatives. The position focuses on building relationships with internal stakeholders, guiding best‑practice adoption, and driving optimisation within the Customer Experience & Personalisation community.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized repository of campaign use cases and internal community resources.
• Provide guidance and insights to improve campaign performance and innovation.
• Act as a bridge between marketing, operations, and technology teams, translating concepts across functions.
• Foster collaboration with digital marketing specialists across global markets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially in campaign design and strategy.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and influence change.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+/C1 level).

Required skills

• Adobe Campaign Classic (or similar marketing automation tools).
• Marketing automation concepts and best practices.
